Sofia and Ann

Sofia Pernas was born in Morocco and moved to California as a child. She grew up primarily living in Orange County. Her biggest break came in the year 2015 when she graduated with degrees from University of California San Diego. After appearing in a couple of episodes on NCIS and Leverage Pernas was offered the role of Marisa Sierras in The Young and the Restless. The actress, who quit on the show in 2016 landed the role of Catalina as a regular on Jane the Virgin. The model who is fluent in several languages is now in The Brave as Hannah Rivera, The Green Ghost and Secret Society of Second Born Royals. She portrayed Lexi Vaziri on Blood & Treasure from 2019 to 2020. Us Weekly reported in May 2020 that Pernas was dating Justin Hartley from The Young and the Restless. The relationship began just after The This Is Us star split with her wife Chrishell Stause November 2019. Pernas Hartley and Pernas Hartley were married secretly in a ceremony that broke out in May of 2021.
